Dr. Krassi Simonski - Director Sofia Operations

Dr. Krassi Simonski has been with TravelStoreMaker.com since January 2004 at the position of Project Management Officer and now Director Sofia Operations. Prior to joining the company, he was Director of Communications and Computing of the American University in Bulgaria and then Director IT Training of the business unit of the University. His area of expertise includes training and IT education, business management, project management, IT management, resource planning and optimization. Dr. Simonski has broad international experience and has provided numerous presentations to many IT forums and discussions.He was involved and managed successfully several grand and small projects such as installing one of the first Internet sites in Bulgaria, the largest campus- wide network in Bulgaria, telephone systems, establishing policies and procedures for using computer systems, selecting and implementing business systems, as well as leading process automation, directing professional development, pioneering in implementing Windows 2000 environment, and others. He is specializing in introducing capability maturity models in business organizations, project management methodologies, assessment of different business models, and recommendations for improvement. He is a recognized national expert for IT projects and has been invited many times to serve in different strategic committees on IT in education and content development.
