In this capacity he directed Rosenbluth's implementation of AT&T's 'Network ACD' inbound telemarketing and call center management system and was responsible for the redesign of Rosenbluth's information systems infrastructure, directing the company's transition from legacy mainframe systems to a state-of-the-art distributed architecture leveraging client/server technologies.
